John’s performances have taken him worldwide to over 30 different countries including shows at the World Cup Final, Champions League Final, The Grand Prix and even the West End Stages!

John filmed his first DVD in 2008, which went on sale in early 2009, the same year he featured in Chipmunks music video “Chip Diddy Chip”. Mid 2009 he performed the first ever “Fireball Trick” on Soccer AM performing he routine while the ball was on fire! John was personally invited by Ruud Van Nistlerooy to perform in Holland at his birthday party and has performed at most premiership football grounds.

In April 2010 John became the Ambassador for a new Sports Drink “Soccerade” alongside Cristiano Ronaldo both in the UK and overseas. The same year John appeared on TV shows ‘Russell Howard’s Good news’ and ‘The One Show’ as well as launched his own iPhone app and specifically designed Freestyle Ball. Also in 2010 the first John Farnworth Freestyle Academy was launched in the USA and is now in three different states, Kansas City, Chicago and Rhode Island. This is a concept that will continue to grow onto 2012 and beyond!

John set his biggest task so far in April 2011 and that was to complete the whole 26.2 mile route of the London Marathon while keeping a football in the air! John managed to complete the demanding task he had set himself in 12 hours 13 minutes and also raised just short of £10,000 for his charity Kick4Life. Since then he has become the main face for the charity and is creating his own wristband campaign and movie to help raise awareness of HIV.

With a growing fan base John has achieved a lot for someone so young but he continues to thrive as a very successful professional in his own right. Not one to slow down, John continues to think big. So, despite his success, John Farnworth won’t be slowing down anytime soon. In fact, he’s just getting started!
